Staines Town goalkeeper Shaun Allaway has been short-listed for the Football Association's 'Player of the Round' award for his heroics in the Swans' 1-0 FA Cup fourth qualifying round triumph over Woking.
The former Leeds United shot stopper was the star as the Wheatsheaf Lane men beat their Blue Square Premier rivals to earn a lucrative FA Cup first round tie at League Two side Stockport County.
Allaway faces stiff competition from Chasetown's Mark Branch, York City's Craig Farrell and Ware's Chris Ellerbeck, but stands to be invited to the final in May as a VIP guest of the FA should he win a public vote.
