A man has been charged with the rape of a 13-year-old girl.
The sexual assault took place on August 22 in the toilets behind the British Legion on Hollyhedge Road, Cobham.
Alex Cadwell, 20, from Greenacres Avenue in Uxbridge was arrested shortly after the incident was reported to police.
He appeared at Staines Magistrates Court on October 18 and has been remanded in custody and will next appear at Kingston Crown Court on November 15.
He has been charged with nine offences including rape of a female under 16, possession of indecent images of children, meeting a child following grooming, attempting to incite a child to commit a sex act and attempting to have sexual communication with a child.
