Kate Moss' nanny has quit her £500-a-week-job amid claims she works 24-hour days and is on call round the clock.

Jade Davidson has looked after the Croydon-born supermodel's five-year-old daughter, Lila Grace, for two years.

Jade is the younger sister of Kate's clothes-designer friend Sadie Frost and was previously nanny to her children.

A sources told the Daily Mail the 22-year-old budding actress is "very attached" to Lila but has found Kate's rootless living arrangements difficult.

Since the supermodel split with Pete Doherty, she has left her St John's Wood home and is selling up.

She has been living between friend Davinia Taylor's Primrose Hill home and Sadie Frost's house.

"The last straw was moving to a small room in Davinia Taylor's house," the source said.

Kate offered Jade a pay rise to stay, but she turned her down. She will care for Lila until the end of her notice in January.
