Hampton Court Palace has put out an open invitation for the public to take part in its outdoor gardening event taking place later this month.
The ‘Royal Gardening Experience’ takes place on September 19 and September 20.
The two day event will give garden lovers the opportunity to enjoy guided tours around Hampton Court Palace.
From 10am, visitors will be met by the garden estates team followed by a tour of The Rose Garden, East Front Fountain and The Privy & Pond Gardens.
There will also be a planting and preparation session where guests will be able to help the garden estates team with some gardening.
After the event – visitors will be able to roam around the garden to enjoy the flower and plant arrangements.
Visitors are advised to wear suitable outdoor clothing as well as providing their own lunches.
The event begins at 10am.
