A new budget store is opening in Wallington this weekend, offering bargain hunters more than £3000 worth of giveaways.

Bargain Buys, located on Wallington Square, begins trading on Saturday, selling homeware products, toiletries, confectionary and drinks at reduced prices.

To launch the opening, more than £3000 worth of products are on promotion and the first five customers in line can buy a leather double bed for just £14.99 (RRP £99.99)

Executive Chairman, Nadir Lalani, commented: “We are pleased to be opening a Bargain Buys store for the people of Wallington with loads of fantastic branded products, all at bargain prices, and look forward to opening even more new stores throughout 2019, creating over 1000 jobs.

“The team is working hard to deliver an outstanding shopping experience, great service, and an enjoyable shopping environment for all our new customers.

"We are expecting massive queues for our Opening Day Only Specials, so come early to catch the bargains!”

The next 10 customers can buy a glass TV stand for £9.99 (RRP £49.99), and the next 175 customers can buy a washable rug for £3.99 (RRP £6.99).

Wallington is the 75th Bargain Buys to open, with more locations opening to trade throughout the coming months.

The chain has invested more than £500,000 in the Wallington store, recruiting full and part-time staff from the local area.

The store is located at 14 Wallington Square and will be opened in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10am by the Mayor of Sutton, Councillor Muhammad Sadiq and Mayoress Aasia Sadiq.
