A man in his 40's is no longer in critical condition after being stabbed in South Norwood.
Officers were called on August 19 to reports of a stabbing on Farnley Road.
Met Police, the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance attended and found a man, aged in his 40's, with stab wounds to his leg.
He was taken to hospital in critical condition.
However, the injuries have now been assessed as non life-threatening or life-changing.
A 41-year-old man was arrested at an address in Paddington on August 20 on suspicion of grievous bodily harm.
He was taken to a south London police station where he remains in custody.
