Residents are invited to spend the Bank Holiday Weekend at the Richmond Riverside Music Festival.
Richmond’s Riverside Music Festival returns from August 24 to August 25, and fans of blues, rock-pop as well as singer song writers will be entertained with a weekend filled with music.
Cllr John Coombs, Richmond Council’s spokesperson for Culture said: “With summer in full swing, why not spend your Bank Holiday weekend in the beautiful setting of Richmond Riverside and celebrate the borough’s well-known musical heritage.
“It promises to be a fantastic weekend out for the whole family so come down early to avoid missing out!”
A total of eleven bands – including, Geoff Garbow Band, Jump 66, Crawdaddy Blues Band and Powerjam will play across the two-day event that has been organised by VisitRichmond which is also part of the Council’s Economic Development Team.
The Crawdaddy Club, the Richmond Music Trust, PowerJam and Duck Pond Market have also helped to organise the Bank Holiday Weekend event.
