Signalling problems between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo have caused severe disruption to some South Western Railway services.

Whitton, Twickenham and Richmond are some of the stations affected.

Issues with the level crossing at Hampton trains have resulted in trains running at reduced speed on all lines and all train services running through this station may be delayed by up to 20 minutes or revised.

Disruption is expected until 5pm.

Earlier today, signalling problems - which is the responsibility of Network Rail, resulted in services between Clapham Junction and London Waterloo being prevented from going to Windsor and Reading for around 35 minutes.

Disruption is expected until 4pm.

Earlier this morning there was further disruption to services after some was hit by a train between London Wimbledon and Vauxhall as a result of a person being hit by a train.
