Pottery lovers have been cordially invited to celebrate all things pottery and ceramics at the London Potters Local Fair.
The event takes place on August 31 and September 1, at the Hall of Castelnau Community Centre in Barnes from 11am to 5pm.
Around 20 potters will be showcasing fun and innovative ceramics made from various types of clays.
It is also an opportunity to learn more about the diverse nature of clay as well as an opportunity to see both decorative and sculptural pieces designed for the home and garden.
All pieces in the fair have been designed and made by a mixture of both industry leaders and pottery beginners and the public is invited to come along and discover what fuels their inspiration.
There will also be an opportunity for guests to find statement pieces, look for gifts and to discuss commissions.
Visitors can also learn about the vast range of materials, textures, techniques and textures that go into creating and designing a ceramic piece.
All pieces at the fair will be sold at affordable prices with some pieces being sold for as little as £5 and refreshments will be served at the venue’s café.
All proceeds from the fair will be donated to the Castelnau Community Project - a charity committed to promoting community events in the area.
