A youth centre designed for young people who live with a disability, is set to host a ‘transition & local offer’ event next month.
Over 50 exhibitors are expected to attend the TAG Youth Club’s service event in Richmond on September 14.
Each mentor will be at the transitioning event to introduce themselves as well as introducing the services and work that they offer to those living with a disability, aged between eight and twenty-five years of age.
Up to 60 stalls will be at the fair - providing information on services for disabled children and their families.
Stalls include health, education, day services, respite and residential, support services and sports and leisure providers.
TAG Youth Club has also applied to Richmond Council’s Community Fund so that they club can receive funding in order to provide mobile services within the borough.
