An investigation has been launched after a man had a noxious substance thrown in his face.
Officers were called to Clarence Street in Kingston at 10.51pm on July 14.
Police attended and the man was taken to hospital where his injuries have been assessed as not life-threatening or life-changing.
A crime scene was in place but has since been lifted.
No arrests have currently been made but enquires continue.
