Police have given an update on the condition of a lorry driver involved in a huge crash on the M25 yesterday morning.
The collision took place on the clockwise M25 between J9 for Leatherhead and J10 for Wisley involving an articulated lorry, London Taxi and a red Citroen.
The lorry driver was initially taken to hospital by air ambulance with life threatening injuries, while the occupants of the other vehicles were not injured.
Police have said today that the driver remains in a "serious but stable" condition.
Officers are appealing for anyone who witnessed the crash, or who may have dash cam footage of the driving of any of the vehicles before the collision, to get in touch.
