A 14-year-old boy has been knifed in Croydon this evening and is in hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The victim was found with stab injuries on Gloucester Road and police were called to the crime scene at 5.25pm.
Officers arrived alongside the London Ambulance Service who took the boy to hospital.
A police spokesman said: "His injuries have been assessed as non-life threatening. His next of kin have been informed and patrols have been stepped up in the area.
"A crime scene remains in place; no arrests have been made."
