All train lines are blocked between London Bridge and East Croydon, due to a person being hit by a train.
Services running to and from these stations will be cancelled, delayed or revised.
Thameslink, Overground and Southern services are affected.
Overground trains are currently unable to run between New Cross Gate and Crystal Palace / West Croydon.
You may use your ticket on Greater Anglia, Great Northern, Southeastern, Southern, South Western Railway, TfL Rail and Thameslink services.
Advising Southern and Thameslink customers, National Rail said: "Please delay travelling until later today if possible.
"If you do choose to travel, services running between London Bridge and East Croydon will be subject to severe delay, alteration and cancellation."
The following ticket acceptance is in place with the following services:
Thameslink tickets will be accepted on Southern services between London Victoria and Brighton
Southern Tickets will be accepted on Thameslink services between Brighton and London Blackfrairs
London Underground between London Blackfriars, London Bridge, London St Pancras and London Victoria
London Buses between London Bridge and East Croydon.
The disruption is expected to last until 3pm.
