A Plumstead man who was caught carrying a knife in public has been jailed.
Leroy Jennings, 38, of Gilbourne Road was arrested on April 18 at Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich.
Two days later he appeared in Bromley Magistrates Court where he pleaded guilty to possession of a pointed or bladed article in a public place.
He was sentenced to 18 weeks in prison.
He was also been ordered to pay £115 towards funding victim services.
