A new vegetarian cafe in Twickenham was opened by Sir Vince Cable last Friday.
The Green Bottle Cafe is an independent healthy eating cafe and juice bar, offering a range of vegan and vegetarian options.
MP Sir Vince Cable cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony, welcoming a new business to the borough.
Mehr Khosravi, founder of the cafe, said: “We were honoured and delighted to welcome Twickenham MP Sir Vince Cable, Mayor Cllr Khosa, the Chamber CEO, her team and the many businesses from across the area.
"They helped us celebrate in style and gave fantastic feedback on our service, Taylor St Baristas coffee and vegan canapés.
"Thank you so much to the Chamber for organising this fantastic opening.
"My vision for Green Bottle is to promote a healthy and tasty eating and work environment within and for the community of Saint Margaret's. Looking back, it's a vision that began in the deserts of Iran and found its way all the way here.”
Sir Vince said: “I am delighted to work with our excellent Chamber of commerce in celebrating another new business in the borough.”
