A man has been rushed to hospital “as a priority” following a crash in Brighton Road.
The London Ambulance Service was called at 3.53pm today (February 6) to reports of the collision, and sent an ambulance crew alongside a single responder in a car.
A spokeswoman said the man was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.
Meanwhile, Brighton Road continues to remain congested following the collision earlier today.
Selsdon Road is mainly affected, due to diverting traffic, as well as the A235 back towards Croydon.
All lanes have been reopened, as Brighton Road was blocked near to Esso Garage, while residual delays remain according to traffic services INRIX.
Transport for London said several bus routes were put on diversion as a result of the accident.
