34-year-old denies sexual assault charge
A HAWICK man has denied sexually assaulting his former partner while she was sleeping.
Graeme Wilson of Beattie Court, pleaded not guilty to the offence which is said to have happened at a house in Hawick between January 1 and March 31 last year.
The 34-year-old will stand trial at Jedburgh Sheriff Court on February 7.
