A Welling pub which was reportedly shot at last night is now working with police investigators following the shocking incident.
Armed police were quickly dispatched to Bellegrove Road just before 5pm yesterday after gunshots were heard by nearby residents.
It is understood a shot was fired through a window of the We Anchor In Hope pub in the same street.
A spokesman for Greene King, the company which owns the pub, said: "We are assisting police with their enquiries, including providing CCTV footage from outside the pub following the incident.
"Fortunately no-one was injured. The pub closed temporarily to allow police to complete their investigations but reopened this afternoon."
A Met spokeswoman added: "Officers, including firearms officers, attended. There were no reported injuries.
"The road was temporarily closed while a search of the area was conducted. The road has since reopened.
"There have been no arrests and enquiries continue."
