An arrest has been made in connection to the Blackhorse Lane tram-track stabbing last Friday.
A man was rushed to hospital after being stabbed by tracks near the tram station shortly before 3pm.
His injuries were found to be non-life-threatening and he has since been discharged from hospital.
A 19-year-old has been arrested for possession of an offensive weapon and of class B drugs in relation to the investigation, however the primary suspect remains at large.
Trams running between Addiscombe and Elmers End were delayed for more than an hour following the incident to allow detectives to gather evidence.
