Jasper Road, Crystal Palace
A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a woman in Crystal Palace on New Year's day.
Police were called to Jasper Road at 10am yesterday to reports of an attack.
Attending officers arrested a male, who was taken to a central London police station where he remains at this time.
The victim is being supported by specialist officers, while Lambeth CID, supported by the Met's child abuse and sexual offences command investigate.
