A burst main which saw up to 2,000 properties have their water shut off for several hours has been fixed – but a part road closure will remain in place until this Friday.
SES Water says engineers have fixed the problem in Gander Green Lane, near to Sunningdale Road, following overnight repairs.
But the partial road closure which was put in place will stay until December 14.
