Man charged with Chessington murder
A man is due to appear in court later today following a death in Chessington.
Gerald Matovu, 25 of Guildford Street in Southwark will appear at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court charged with the murder of 52-year-old Eric Michels.
Matovu is also charged with four further offences against another victim, including trying to poison them, two counts of assault and theft.
He is also charged with the theft of a third victim and fraud by false representation of a fourth.
