A woman has been rushed to hospital after a fire broke out at a home in Worcester Park.
Around 25 firefighters and four fire engines were sent to the property in Browning Avenue at around 8.45am on Friday (November 16).
Part of the first floor of the property was damaged by the blaze as a woman was taken to hospital by the London Ambulance Service.
It’s currently unclear what her condition is at this stage.
Firefighters were on the scene for more than an hour as the fire was deemed under control shortly before 10am.
Crews from New Malden, Mitcham, and Sutton were all in attendance.
A London Fire Brigade spokesman said the cause of the blaze is currently under investigation.
