A young man will face court today after being caught carrying a huge machete in Woolwich.
Police officers found the machete after his friend mocked them for having a food break.
Greenwich MPS, who have been contacted for more details, said on Twitter: "Another young male thought it was acceptable to carry this machete this evening in #woolwich.
"Unfortunately his friend drew attention by criticising us for taking a short food break. He’ll now be in court tomorrow instead of carrying this."

They ended the tweet by using the hashtag #stopknifecrime amid four fatal stabbings in south London this month alone.
