Ashton Kutcher and Diplo are among the celebs to meet this Leatherhead man, who made it to the final of an international business competition in London.

James Roberts, 27, co-founder of mOm Incubators, was selected from 800 applicants to take part in the UK regional final of WeWork's London Creator Awards for a chance to win up to £275K.

The competition rewards the best businesses and projects around the world with the extra cash they need to take their idea to the next level.

The DJ and producer Diplo will also be headlining the event.

Mr Roberts will be presenting his business to a panel of judges featuring Ashton Kutcher and Vogue’s publishing director Vanessa Kingori MBE.

Mr Roberts launched his business after watching a documentary about infant mortality rates in Syria.

His product the mOm Incubator is a low-cost, portable infant incubator designed to keep premature babies warm throughout the world.

Eugen Miropolski, managing director of WeWork, said: “We are very excited to be bringing The Creator Awards to the UK again this year.

“The standard of entries to the competition has been fantastic, which has made it incredibly challenging for our team to select only five finalists for each category.

“The Creator Awards are an amazing opportunity for aspiring business men and women to really shout about their ideas, entrepreneurship and their passion.”
