Police were called to a fight in Bexleyheath town centre between large groups of schoolchildren.
The fight, which broke out just outside the Broadway Shopping Centre, happened after school on Thursday evening,
Photos shared on Facebook show dozens of pupils in uniform gathered in the square, with a police van parked up nearby.
A Met Police spokesman confirmed dozens of 999 calls were made to police to report the incident.
Several police officers attended to disperse the pupils.
