A new trampoline and play park is officially open to the public at Sutton Sports Village amid a major £2.3 million refurbishment.
The new facility has several new features and becomes the eighth brought in by the Better brand, part of Greenwich Leisure Limited (GLL).
In addition to a main jump area, which covers the walls and floor of the hall, there are also foam pits.
These come with diving platforms, battlebeam and log roll, trick zone, assault course, and a two-player aeroball game.
The design of the new trampoline and play park features “colourful, exciting” activities for children under eight years old.
These include individual-netter toddler bounce zones, monster-themed play areas, role play tree house games, a glowing ball pool and glow room.
Children under a year old can access the park’s designated area for their ages, too.
GLL regional director Simon Sen said: “We’re extremely proud to deliver Sutton’s first-ever trampoline and play park at Sutton Sports Village, which will provide a fun environment for all the family.
“As a social enterprise, Better exists to provide fun, affordable facilities to get more people active more often – while making a difference to the communities that we serve.
“We thank customers for their patience during this extensive building programme, and we are delighted to welcome them to this exciting new attraction.”
It is located in Rose Hill Park, Rose Hill, SM1 3HH.
