Residents are being asked to consider plans for a new hotel in Beckenham ahead of a consultation to redevelop a restaurant.
Dunward Properties is inviting people to hear its early proposals at Kelsey House Bar & Kitchen on September 24 between 4pm and 7pm.
A new six storey building to include a 68 room hotel is being considered by the developer but Kelsey House would be retained if the proposals become a reality.
Plans also include nine new homes to accompany the Beckenham High Street development.
The project team will be attending the exhibition to answer questions and to outline their ideas.
A formal planning application has not yet been submitted.
Bromley Council encourages potential applicants to consult with the public before making an official submission.
