A 19-year-old vandal has been given a three year ASBO banning him from carrying containers of paint and ink markers in a public place.
Ben Allpress, of Earlsfield, is also prevented from entering any railway depot in England or Wales under the terms of his Antisocial Behaviour Order.
Allpress was arrested in February after his tag was found on several items of plant equipment at the ADT Sports Facility in Fieldview, Southfields.
He pleaded guilty to four offences, including damage to items of council property and damage to a train at Strawberry Hill Depot, when he appeared at South Western Magistrates' Court.
He also got a 12 month Community Attendance Centre Order and must pay £75 costs and more than £200 in compensation to the respective organisations by September 28.
PC Tom Saunders, of Wandsworth Common Safer Neighbourhoods Team, said: "We worked with the British Transport Police to investigate this case and I am pleased that our hard work has resulted in a graffiti vandal being brought to justice.
"The public should not have to see graffiti on their streets and we are determined to crack down on those who think they can vandalise property and get away with it."
A 16 year-old tagger from Earlsfield pleaded guilty to five charges of criminal damage at Balham Youth Court on September 5.
He received a 6-month referral order and had to pay £120 compensation and £50 costs.
