Corinthian Casuals are starting an appeal for Uganda.
The idea is the brainchild of Casuals manager Brian Adamson following a chance meeting with a Ugandan hospital worker recently.
Clothes are in desperately short supply and Casuals aim to collect and distribute these in Uganda.
Anyone wishing to donate unwanted items of clothing or footwear can drop them off at Corinthian Casuals ground on Saturdays from 10am.
The ground can be found at Queen Mary Close, off Hook Rise South, Tolworth.
For more details call Brian Adamson on 07951 056648.
Adamson said it is a worthy cause and it is good that the club should carry on its missionary traditions in a new direction, having previously taken the game of football around the globe.'
