How Palace rated against Ipswich.
Julian Speroni - No chance with the goal - but a very lucky boy not to be red carded in first-half. 6.
Matt Lawrence - Solid and composed display from the utility man. 6.
Leon Cort - Strong in the air as always and remains a big presence in the Palace backline. Man of the match. 7.
Mark Hudson - A solid enough display from the centre-back but Counago caused him problems all afternoon. 6.
Tony Craig - Another no nonsense display - but was not tight enough to Walters for the goal. 6.
Tom Soares - Looked threatening at times but is not a right-winger. 6.
Stuart Green - Worked hard without any real end product. Went close with a free-kick. 6.
Mark Kennedy - Looked to play a killer pass too many times when a simpler option was on. 6.
Carl Fletcher - Not 100 per cent match fit and it showed. Strolled through the game at times. 6.
James Scowcroft - Won his fair share of headers but was starved of any real decent service. Went close in the first-half. 6.
Clinton Morrison - Struggled to make an impact and was well shackled by De Vos and Bruce. 5.
Subs.
Shefki Kuqi (replaced Green, 64) - Looked fairly lively and dangerous after coming on. 6.
Jeff Hughes (replaced Fletcher, 72) - Missed a great opportunity after coming on. 6.
Dougie Freedman (replaced Morrison, 72) - His intelligence caused Ipswich problems. 6.
