Plans to knock down five homes in Sutton and build a new three-storey apartment building with 10 homes have been submitted to the council.
John Wotton Architects, from Cardiff in Wales, want to build the proposed property in Prince of Wales Road near to Wrythe Lane.
According to documents, the proposals also include seven new car parking spaces for prospective tenants - an increase from the original three to 10.
It’s said the scheme was amended, on pre-application advice by council planning officer Denuka Gunaratne, to “significantly reduce” the number of homes previously proposed.
Although, the application form does not cite how many were originally put forward.
A decision is expected to be made in the forthcoming weeks after the plans were validated by the council on July 2.
