A 23-strong ladies’ acapella group have returned from a tour of Lithuania after performing a selection of their favourite songs.
Velvet Harmony went from singing in The Glades Shopping Centre to days later performing in a Catholic church in Pasvalys and an open air stage in a square of Panev??ys.
Natalie Feddon, Chairwoman of Velvet Harmony, said: “We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and are planning to do more international tours in the future.
“Not only did the chorus bond very closely, they clearly entertained many people and we all absolutely loved this unique adventure.”
In December - the Bromley singers invited Lithuanian Choir, Canticum Novum, to perform with them for a concert in Bexley.
A spokeswoman for the group added: “If you enjoy singing and are keen to start a new interest with sociable, like-minded people, we’d love to welcome you to join us at 7.30pm on Tuesdays at St Mark’s Church.
"We sing a wide variety of well-known songs in a four-part harmony and you’ll receive excellent, friendly coaching to develop your voice and experience the joy of group singing. No previous experience or ability to read music required - just a love of singing.”
