A driver was rushed to hospital after his car was involved in a crash with a van in Stonecot Hill this week.
Police were called to the road, just off Burleigh Road, shortly before 7.30pm to reports of the incident on June 13.
He was later taken to a west London hospital by the London Ambulance Service, a Met Police spokeswoman said.
However, his injuries were deemed to be non life-threatening nor life-changing while the other driver was also seen to after the crash.
No arrests have been made, she added.
A LAS spokesman said: “We sent an incident response officer, an advanced paramedic, a single responder in a car and an ambulance crew.
"We treated two people at the scene."
