A man has been charged with attempted murder after a man in his 40s was stabbed in Carshalton on bank holiday Monday.
The 27-year-old will appear at Croydon Magistrates Court today (June 1).
Officers were called to Wrythe Lane, shortly after 4.30am, on May 28 found a man suffering from stab injuries.
The suspect was arrested before he was taken to a south London police station and remanded into custody.
A Met Police spokesman said it is believed the incident took place at a property in the area.
