A woman who was wanted in connection with an attack outside a McDonald’s restaurant in Sutton High Street has been sentenced.
Leah Farmiloe-Gilbert, of no fixed abode, was arrested in Merton on March 26 before appearing at South London Magistrates Court the following day.
The 41-year-old pleaded guilty to ABH and received 26 weeks in prison, with a further 12-week suspended sentence, and ordered to pay the victim £250 in compensation.
Sutton Police launched a public appeal for information about a suspect who was believed to have carried out the assault on someone outside the restaurant.
Police say it was after ‘numerous calls and messages’ that Farmiloe-Gilbert was identified before she was detained by officers.
