Newsquest Media Group, the parent company of the Elmbridge Guardian, is donating £10,000 to the British Red Cross National Floods Appeal.
As the UK's second largest regional multimedia publisher, the company has a number of titles in the areas worst affected by the flooding.
In its first week, the appeal raised £300,000 to support individuals in hardship, support community recovery activities, local appeals and community groups.
A number of Newsquest papers, including this one, are backing the floods appeal.
