Boxpark Croydon has announced a festive flurry of celebrations, providing south London with a hub of Christmas events.

The season kicks off on November 21 with the official Christmas lights switch-on with Crystal Palace FC, where you will have the chance to meet manager Roy Hodgson.

On Sunday December 3, the Columbia Creative floral design team, will bring their floral magic to Croydon with a Christmas wreath making masterclass in the morning.

For families, Boxpark is giving you the chance to see the lifelike, pod puppet Bjorn The Polar Bear, with blinking eyes, a sniffing nose, Bjorn is an unforgettable Christmas mascot.

Boxpark will also welcome, Croydon Philharmonic Choir, on Sunday December 10, who will be providing a soundtrack to the day's festive feel and singing Christmas carol favourites.

December 15 hails the arrival of Christmas Jumper Day, where £1 off every purchase made by someone wearing a Christmas jumper will be donated to Save The Children.

Then between December 18 and 20 there will be free screenings of classic Christmas movie favourites, including Miracle on 34th Street and Jingle All The Way.

Throughout the month of December, Boxpark Croydon will run their annual Digital Advent Calendar which will reveal a new prize every day in December.
