Surrey Street was filled with colour over the weekend as the Diwali Extravaganza hit Croydon.
From dancers to Dhol players, Croydon's Hindu community certainly put on a show for all.
Chairman of the Croydon Hindu Council, Mayura Patel said: "People of other faiths spoke very highly of this event whilst enjoying and interacting with each other.
"There were various stall holders but Bombay Street Food by Venu and Siraj Sood was not missed by anyone.
"The entire audience braved the cold wind and stayed on for the entire day."
The celebrations began with a procession from Whitgift Centre accompanied by DholBeats UK and Leizim dancers, combined with various members of the Hindu community.
Mother-daughter duo Moumita Hazra and Tanisha Hazra then took the reins and they led of the events with some soulful singing.
Numerous dance groups then took over before a taste of Bollywood was thrown in.
