The Mayor of Sutton will host a quiz night next month to raise funds for two of her chosen charities.
Sutton Carers Centre and Sutton Women’s Centre are the charities Mayor Jean Crossby will be raising money for.
The quiz will take place on Saturday September 30 from 6.30pm to 10pm at Robin Hood Junior School, Thorncroft Road in Sutton.
Tickets cost £12 and can be purchased from the Mayor’s secretary by emailing mayor.sec@sutton.gov.uk
A dinner will be provided on the night and you are encouraged to bring you own drinks. Up to eight people can make up a table quiz team.
In June a concert was held by the Sutton Chorale Choir to support the Mayor’s charity appeal.
At the time, Cllr Crossby said: “I am delighted to be able to thank you for putting on the concert. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and it was a lovely way to kick off my mayoral year. Both choirs were absolutely excellent.”
