The second phase of the Cane Hill Park development has been launched.
A collection of 75 new, three, four and five-bedroom homes is being made available at the development that sits on top of a hill overlooking the town of Coulsdon in the London Borough of Croydon.

The Cane Hill Park development was built on land which has been unused since the closure of the Cane Hill hospital 25 years ago.
Elements of the historic hospital site, which featured on the US cover of David Bowie’s seminal album The Man Who Sold the World after his half-brother Terry was admitted there, have been preserved and incorporated into the new design. This second phase includes some of the houses that are closest to these heritage features such as a restored water tower.
