The man accused of forging his murdered ex-partner’s will has had his court appearance delayed.

Robert Webb, 53, is accused of forging the will of Robyn Mercer, who was found bludgeoned to death in her front garden of on March 14, 2016.
The couple lived together in Abbey Walk, Walton Road in West Molesey.
Webb was charged with fraud by false representation regarding the alleged falsification of Ms Mercer's will on or before September 20, 2016.
Prosecutor Charlotte Chirico said at Staines Magistrate's Court on March 1 that police believed the will to be a "forgery".
Webb was due to appear at Kingston Crown Court this morning, March 28, for a plea and trial preparation hearing but the hearing has been put back to April 4.
