Heavy rush hour traffic both ways after crash on Upper Richmond Road
Rush hour commuters are being hit with long delays this morning after a cyclist crashed into a child in Upper Richmond Road this morning.
Traffic both ways – towards Chalkers Corner and Barnes – is heavily congested, and police are still there.
All lanes have now been re-opened.
