Seven boys, including two 12-year-old’s, were arrested on suspicion of robbery at a bowling alley in Croydon.
Police were called to Tenpin Croydon in Valley Park Leisure Complex, Hesterman Way, on Friday, February 17 at 2.35pm.
Officers arrested four boys aged 13, two aged 12 and one 15-year-old on suspicion of robbery.
Six of the boys have since been bailed to return in late April, and the 15-year-old was bailed until early next month.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “Officers from Croydon CID are investigating and enquiries continue.”
On the day of the incident, Croydon MPS Tweeted an appeal for witnesses to the robbery.
It read: “Did you witness a robbery at the bowling alley, Hesterman Way, on February 17 at approximately 2.35pm? If so please contact @MPSCroydon CID.”
Police have not revealed what the boys are accused of stealing.
