Youtube London superstar Chicken Connoisseur has come under criticism for having a convicted sex offender star alongside him in his latest video.

In episode ten of his ongoing series ‘The Pengest Munch’, the connoisseur, Elijah Quashie, travelled to Morley’s in Thornton Heath with rapper Bonkaz to review their fried chicken and chips offering.

Bonkaz, whose real name is Taylor Harris, was convinced of groping a 13-year-old girl in 2010 and is also on the sex offenders register.

He was also jailed for three years in 2011 for his part in a kidnapping and torture of a 22-year-old disabled man.

In the video review, which has over one million views, Harris was showing the Elijah around Thornton Heath, ate together at Morley's fast food restaurant, and at the end performed some music.

Fans have criticised the Youtube sensation for including the sex offender in his video on social media.

Rickey__Abbott on twitter said: “Worst episode yet. Get rid of the convicted sex offender & other tw*ts & stick to the basics which made you funny and dope!”

Twitter user iProZain responded to the Chicken Connoisseur saying: “sh*t episode tbh, the rap was sh*t and you feature a guy who's been arrested twice and a sex offender.”

Fans on reddit were equally put off by the inclusion, with one fan writing: “He's literally a sex offender. What a way to ruin your youtube channel.”

The BBC had featured Harris on Radio 1’s Friday Night show in October 2015, although at the time the BBC said they weren’t aware of his history when they booked his appearance.

Writing in the comments on the Youtube video in question, the Elijah Quashie said: “Neeks might be clueless to who Bonkaz is, but I'll tell you all now, "Wings An Dat" would just be "Wings" if I never knew who he was.”

Harris has tweeted he did not commit sexual assault and blamed “poor legal advice” for his conviction.
