A man has been injured after his car collided with a tree in Purley.
Police and paramedics were called to Mitchley Avenue at noon to reports of a road traffic collision.
A spokeswoman for London Ambulance Service said a single ambulance was sent to the scene but the extent of the drivers injuries were not known.
The road has been shut.
