Kingston fire station celebrated 150 years of the brigade by opening up its doors to the public.
Saturday’s free open day let visitors see inside new and vintage police, fire and ambulance vehicles as well test out some of the lifesaving equipment firefighters use.
Crew members from blue watch were on hand to demonstrate some of the kit.
If you missed Saturday’s Kingston open day you still have the chance to see inside one of the borough’s stations.
Surbiton station will open its doors to the public on August 19 from 11am to 4pm.
