UPDATE 2.30PM: Merton Police say officers have left the scene and all roads are reopened.
Six people are suffering the effects of fumes after a chemical incident in Wimbledon Leisure Centre this morning.
Police in Merton say they have closed roads surrounding Wimbledon Leisure Centre in Latimer Road after a chemical incident.
Road closures are likely to be in place until 2pm.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area.

A member of staff from the Ballet Boutique nearby sent in the above picture of Merton Road and said people were walking home from the leisure centre in their bath robes.
