Fifteen years ago Zotefoams in Beddington was engulfed by 50 foot flames.
The blaze caused millions of pounds-worth of damage to the Mitcham Road factory and tied up more than 150 firefighters on October 22, 2000.
Firefighters used 10 jets, thermal imaging cameras and breathing apparatus to battle the fire for more than five hours.
A third of the factory was destroyed.
London Fire Brigade investigated the fire and ruled out foul play three months later.
